The Challenge
Doctors are drowning in paperwork. For every hour with a patient, they spend two on forms. Our physicians were burning out, patients were waiting longer, and nobody felt like they were winning. I remember a doctor saying, 'I didn't go to med school to fill out forms.'
Our Approach
We built a digital scribe that listens, transcribes, and fills out forms in real time. The system was designed to be invisible—no extra clicks, no extra screens. It just worked, letting doctors focus on patients, not paperwork. We made sure it was secure, accurate, and always learning from feedback.
The Implementation
We started with a small group of early-adopter doctors, running the tool in real clinics. Training was hands-on, with real patients and real feedback. Integration with EHRs was a challenge, but our team made it seamless. As doctors saw their paperwork shrink, word spread and more wanted in.
The Results
Documentation time per patient visit dropped, doctor burnout scores fell, and patient wait times shrank. Doctors reported feeling more present and less rushed, and patients noticed the difference.
